Your choices if you choose to keep me banned or not

This is mainly to annis,(I think that's his name) I don't believe I should be unbanned. This is my first time that I have ever stolen others items in Minecraft, but I know I did not steal your diamonds. When I saw your door open, I thought about looking inside, when I saw your enchantment table, I thought about using it instead of teleporting back home and making one. After I started, I thought that it might be counted as stealing, but then you killed me. You said that I stole your diamonds, but I didn't. I said that you could keep my diamonds, but you were probably starting to ban me by then. I had little time to explain, I had no time to answer Limes question. My screen froze, and my first thought is that you banned me. Only today I was informed by Herb at my school that was banned. I also was told that I had a level 500 enchanted sword. I have no idea how I got that. But if I'm banned forever, burn my items, keep my items, or return my items. If you decide to burn my items, burn them in a safe place, because my brother, Enderblast, lives in my house, he had nothing to to with this. If you decide to unban me, keep me in a jail for a month if you have one, or keep me banned for a month if you don't.

Since this is your first offence you will be unbanned, but since you were in posession of so many diamonds we believe you were x-raying, you will serve jailtime, this is non-questionable, and if u come on and spam while in jail we will ban you again, i dont care if you come on and talk with people, just dont spam.

and on any other offences you will be banned so this is a warning.
